Forty-five years of trust, ten branches, and a new Donnybrook yard become one consistent story across Reels, TikTok, carousels, stories, and the daily branch rhythm.

We've worked both sides, agency and brand. Our approach combines the creative rigour and flexibility of an agency with the deep understanding only an internal team can have of a brand. We immerse ourselves in a brand, adapt to its essence, and bring in the right collaborators for each project to truly understand the identity, the tone, and the challenges.
Over the years we've also built a network of collaborators across projects of all kinds and skills, so we build a team made not just for each client, but for each shoot and its specific needs.
Flintstones is at a turning point, 45 years, 10 branches, and a new yard opening in Donnybrook this July, in the middle of Victoria's biggest housing boom. The opportunity is awareness: being the first name people think of before they ever need a bag of cement.
Loyalty is emotion, pride in a project, trust between trades, belonging to a local building community. The goal: turn decades of relationships into an attachment that grows with the brand, instead of getting diluted.
Consistent palette, playful tone, tight editing and on top of trends, there's a real content engine here, not just product shots filling a grid.
Tighter series concepts, take the formats that already work and structure them around clearer brand pillars.
A stronger visual signature, lift the brand so every post reads as Flintstones at a glance.
A smarter format mix, Reels for personality, carousels for projects, statics for deals, stories for the daily heartbeat.
What already works. Real people, genuine and playful, unafraid to be on camera, the human energy that builds trust.
How we'd tighten it. Make it a named, recurring series with a consistent visual signature and a sharper hook, built for Reels + TikTok, and tie it to a pillar so it's intentional, not a one-off.
What works. The branding is already recognisable: the cyan runs through everything, the tone stays playful, and there's real range across trucks, builds, products and people.
How we'd tighten it. Recognition comes from the blue trucks more than from a system. We'd lock one on-screen text style, turn the cyan into a deliberate graphic device rather than just the truck colour, set a consistent grade and framing, and define how the logo is used.
Social content is a vector of emotion. Three pillars built to make Flintstones the first supplier in every Victorian builder's head. The Build shows the proof, The Products build the recall, The Team carries the trust. Made to perform on Reels and TikTok, where the category barely shows up.
Before-and-after project transformations following Flintstones materials from the branch to a finished result.
Your proof pillar, it shows the materials work and the results look good.
Positions Flintstones as the expert who knows materials.
So when someone is genuinely unsure what to buy, your name is already attached to the answer. The recall pillar.
The people and the service. The family-owned story, the faces behind each counter, the regulars, the community around the yard.
Your trust & loyalty pillar, it turns "call your local store" into faces people recognise.
How we work, in 3-month cycles:
We start by analysing the branding, the team and the way they work. We reinforce the elements that need strengthening so the direction is solid before any content is made.
We build the content strategy: which formats, how much, when, the pillars, the storytelling, the look, the tone.
We deliver a first content calendar with briefs and storyboards the in-house team can execute.
We monitor the edit so the finished content stays true to the vision.
We track results and readjust for the next batch.
Every quarter we post-mortem the cycle, revise the strategy on what the results show, and decide together whether to keep going.
We don't do things halfway.
